Dylan Siemens

Head of Coffee Education, Cafe Imports

Meet Dylan – a Colorado-born, Arkansas-raised coffee educator who has spent the last decade working as a barista and barista trainer. While studying vocal music education in college, he finally snagged a barista job at the newly opened Onyx Coffee Lab where he obsessed over brewing techniques, latte art, efficiency, and serving his community new coffee experiences through thoughtful customer service. He then began attending SCA Barista Camps and Coffee Expos where he was immediately drawn to the competitive barista scene. Since 2015, Dylan has participated in the US Latte Art, Brewer’s Cup, Barista Championships, and Coffee Masters. Dylan’s greatest passion within the industry, though, is education. Coffee is a dynamic industry where learning and sharing information is necessary for the progress of all. He joined the Cafe Imports team in 2022 as an Educator. His focus is creating a curriculum that strengthens its team, its customers, and the industry as a whole.

Dylan lives in Rogers, AR with his wife and dog. Time is spent cooking, traveling, entertaining, being with loved ones, and constantly learning how to live a life of gratitude and love.
