The Southwest Roaster Showdown debuts this March, inviting the Southwest’s top coffee roasters to showcase their craft.
Competitors will be challenged to roast an identical sample donated by the contest’s sponsor, Café Imports, for the ultimate test of skill and creativity. A panel of esteemed judges, led by Dylan Siemens of Café Imports, will evaluate the entries.
Winners will be announced live at the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest, celebrating excellence in roasting.
