The Roaster Showdown, a production of the Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest, in collaboration with Cafe Imports invites professional roasters to showcase their craft.
Competitors will be challenged to roast an identical 10 lb sample provided by Café Imports, for the ultimate test of skill and creativity. A panel of esteemed judges, led by Dylan Siemens of Café Imports, will evaluate the entries.
Winners will be announced live at the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest, celebrating excellence in roasting.
